Guro Solem

Guro is passionate about development and a sustainable world. This led her to study development studies and business development. She has lived, studied and worked abroad for the last twenty years. Her home base is Trondheim. Guro has been working to make Norwegian technology commercialized, introducing them for new markets and making organizations fit for scale up. She has experience from positions within leadership, commercialization of new technology and business models, marketing, international sales and organizational development. From public to private, from a variety of industries, predominantly within energy. Guro believes business leaders can be catalysts for changing the world.
